Friday 30th August (Day 1) – The 10 km (6.2 miles) swim in Lake Bala is immediately followed by a single loop (to the west) 144.9 km (90 miles) bike stage. The bike begins with a circuit of the lake before entering Snowdonia National Park and finishing at Race HQ in Betws-y-Coed.

Saturday 31st August (Day 2) – a single loop (to the south) 275.3 km (172 miles) bike stage beginning at Race HQ in Betws-y-Coed, taking in the highlights of Snowdonia and the North Wales coastline, and finishing at Race HQ in Betws-y-Coed.

Sunday 1st September (Day 3) – Mt. Snowdon is central to the 84.3 km (52.4 miles) double-marathon run course. Day 3 begins & ends at Race HQ in Betws-y-Coed.
